Alright...lets see. I had two sausage links for breakfast which were rather burnt...but they did the job. I then had about 5 almonds around 11 as I could tell I was getting REALLY hungry and didn't want to overdo it for lunch. Lunch I had a salad with chicken salad and some slices of turkey. I then had a 1/2 cup of cottage cheese with some pinappple chunks on top for a snack around 4. I got home and did my functional and aerobic excersises. I finished the night having 4 turkey meatballs again in marinara sauce with some sprinkled cheese and brussel sprouts. I probably finished about 4 liters of water again..which is what I'm shooting for. All in all it was just another day.
