Hello hello. Well, I lost another 1.8 lbs as of last Friday. I was happy with that considering I had been in SD the weekend before, and was completely bloated from the monthly cycle. I'm feeling much better this week and this week I've still not been good. The weekends are just tough but then you have the week to make up for it and be good which is the total opposite of how it usually is. Anyways, I had a burger and some pizza this weekend but I didn't overdo it like I used to...and I excersised so that's all a plus. I'm hoping to stay in the 1 - 3 lbs/ week loss as I think that's a good pace. That will mean 100lbs lost in a year. good eh? I'm supposed to weigh 158 at the end of this which means as of last Friday I have 154 to go. Crazy huh. At the end I will weight 158 and I will have lost 168 lbs. My god 1/2 my body weight. That's crazy..a whole other person. It's weird as there are some girls on the program who weigh 144 and that's killin them. 144...granted they're a couple inches shorter than me, but still...I'll NEVER weigh that... I guess it just goes to show that the weight struggle is hard whether it's 2 lbs or 200 lbs you've got to lose. Anyways, there are some personal things that seem to be clearing up in my life which is good and has helped with the whole process. I just hope they keep going in the same direction :)
